Katikati Frantoio Ltd produces a range of oils. Volumes and composition will differ each year due to climate conditions and biennial bearing of the trees.
A range of oils varying from leafy and peppery to mildly fruity are usually available. From harvest 2010 a range of preserved green and black olives will be produced. The preserved olives currently on sale are a mix of some green and darker olives.
From time to time other products such as infused avocado and olive oils are also available.
A range of oils and bottled olives are sold at Farmers and Country markets in Katikati, Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Morrinsville, Tamahere and Thames.
